By accessing or using The Magnetic Queen Authority™ program offered by Heart Frame Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

2. Program Description

The Magnetic Queen Authority™ is a 12-week digital coaching program designed to provide relationship guidance and personal development strategies. The program includes access to curriculum materials, frameworks, and resources delivered digitally.

3. Payment and Enrollment

  • The program fee is $4,000 USD, payable in full at the time of enrollment.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Sales tax may be added based on your location as required by law.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the program materials.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. Please ensure this program is right for you before enrolling.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, methodologies (including The SENF Method™), and curriculum materials, are the exclusive property of Heart Frame Studios and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the program materials for personal use only.
  • You will not share your login credentials or program materials with others.
  • You are responsible for implementing the strategies at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heart Frame Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
